At Naylors Gavin Black, our Building Consultancy Department works closely with our Facilities Management Department. This allows us to provide seamless informed advice which spans from traditional building envelope issues through to the Hard and Soft Services provided to the building.
We are able to provide relevant and detailed advice relating to the maintenance and replacement of Hard Services such as heating, cooling, ventilation, lighting, power, water supply, drainage, fire safety systems and data related services. In addition, our skills extend into the Soft Services sector, where we can provide advice relating to cleaning, landscaping and related services. Where specialist advice is required, we have a panel of approved consultants who are able to provide in-depth knowledge as necessary.
In addition to the services required by a building, we are also able to provide advice and inspections relating to legislative compliance, building insurance and service charge analysis.
Where a client requires it, we have built up a reliable panel of specialist contractors who are able to provide all aspects of building maintenance, with around-the-clock coverage via our 24-hour Helpdesk.
